Kathleen Rizk, J. D. Power's senior director of user experience benchmarking and technology, joins Auto Trends with to discuss their latest new vehicle tech study. Rizk shares which automakers have made their vehicles the most user friendly as well as some of the new technology that could be coming to a car near you.
