Verdict:  The compact Chevy Equinox electric vehicle is available in a front wheel drive or an all-wheel drive configuration. The all-electric vehicle is affordable with a base price starting under $35,000, before applying any federal, local or eligible dealer discounts.

The stylish Equinox EV, which offers over 300 miles of driving range and one pedal driving, is available in three trims. Depending on the trim and options added, the peppy electric vehicle can be outfitted with such features as hands-free highway steering, ventilated and heated front seats, 21-inch wheels and wireless charging.

Moreover, the Chevy Equinox is one of the best in the electric vehicle segment in terms of the standard driving range as well as offering a hands-free driving steering system.

Lastly, for those in the market for an affordable electric vehicle with an array of high-tech features, the Equinox should be placed high on one's shopping list.
