Kathleen Rizk, J. D. Power's senior director of user experience benchmarking and technology, joins Auto Trends with JeffCars.com to discuss their latest new vehicle tech study. Rizk shares which automakers have made their vehicles the most user friendly as well as some of the new technology that could be coming to a car near you. Moreover, the host talks about some of his personal gripes with today's technology.

This conversation could aid car buyers in determining which cars they should steer toward or navigate away from.
