In honor of Global Diversity Awareness Month, 'Auto Trends' holds its first ever round table discussion centered around race, gender and the auto industry. The conversation features three white collar automotive professionals, which also includes the host of the show. The conversation is frank, non scripted and authentic.  In fact, its so 

candid, the host reveals for the first time publicly a name he was called by one of his clients, which happened to be an automobile dealer, during his corporate days. 

The automotive industry is literally a mirror of what's going in the world today. While most folks are enamored with the glitz, the style and the technology of today's rolling computers, also known as automobiles, one has to remember that this is a people business. There are many underrepresented groups in this industry, despite the buying power of both women and ethnic groups. This is still a white male dominated industry.
