Its quite common for users of cell phones, iPads and laptops to use public property to charge-up (juice up). However, what's not so common is for someone who owns a pure electric vehicle to take the liberty of doing the same, when running low on a charge. Check out this video to see how one Atlanta area resident literally racked up two charges as a result of utilizing private property to recharge his vehicle. We guess the lesson here is you better ask, before you start charging, whether its for a phone, a mobile computer device or a car.
