Porsche Introduces A Baby SUV - The Macan







What: It's a baby Porsche SUV, the Macan.

Arrival Date: The vehicle will arrive in late Spring.

Horsepower: The Macan S, powered by a 3.0-liter twin-turbo V6 engine with 340-horsepower, can accelerate from zero to 60 mph in 5.0 seconds. The Macan Turbo’s 3.6-liter twin-turbo V6 produces 400-horsepower and makes the car sprint from zero to 60 mph in 4.4 seconds.

Interesting Fact: The Macan S is based-off the same platform as Audi's Q5. Yes, Audi, VW and Porsche are all in bed together, so to speak.

How Much: Pricing is set at $49,900 for the Macan S and $72,300 for the Macan Turbo.

Tire Size: 19-inch (front); 18-inch (rear)

Gas Mileage: Not released yet! Does it really matter?
