Ford Taurus' African American Designer Adding On A New Career

Four young African Americans are shaking up the game in the automotive design world. Over the past few months we've had an opportunity to interview three of the four. Earl Lucas, Ford's highest ranking African American designer and the brother responsible for reviving the Taurus, is taking his design game to a whole new level. Unlike the other designers we've interviewed, Lucas is taking his design skills into a whole new industry. Check out our revealing two-part interview with Lucas featured on Ebony.com this month, seeing how his life has changed since he put the 'T' back into Taurus.
