5 Vehicles Thieves Bypass

The Volvo S80 is known for being safe and highly unpopular with car thieves. The average loss per claim on the luxury sedan  is just $690.
The MINI Cooper is still a popular vehicle, but its not on the list of most thieves. When one is stolen, the average loss per claim is about $2,134.
Unlike the robber-friendly Infiniti G37 from Nissan's luxury division, the space age looking Nissan Murano is least likely to be stolen. The average claim loss on this crossover is $1,790.
The discontinued Saturn Vue is not high on most thieves shopping list, unlike its big brother the Cadillac Escalade. The average loss per claim on the Saturn Vue, with the 2wd configuration, is $2,340.
While the Prius maybe the most popular hybrid on the road today, it's extremely rare that one is reported stolen. Until gas prices rise beyond reasonable levels, it won't be on most thieves hit list. The average loss per claim for this hybrid is $2,134.
