If you're in the market for a new-vehicle, the all-new Suzuki Kizashi, next-generation Toyota 4Runner and restyled Hyundai Tuscon are expected to outperform their segment and brand - retaining an above average resale value in three years - according to the American Leasing Guide.

However, the all-new BMW crossover based off the 5-series sedan didn't fare as well. In fact, the hatchback like crossover is expected to be worth slightly less than the average 3-year old BMW and a 3-year old luxury vehicle despite it being a BIMMER. We suspect BMW will offer incentives on the vehicle to stimulate sales if they're not meeting the automaker's sales goal. With the exception of the BMW 5-Series Gran Turismo (also known as the GT), all of the vehicle are great lease vehicles too, due to the higher than average residual, which in turn leads to lower monthly payments.
