Chrysler Offers Money-Back Guarantee
Chrysler has gotten into the game to assure consumers that they're standing behind one of their vehicles. Like GM, the minivan pioneer, Chrysler, is offering a 60-day money back guarantee for consumers who purchase a new minivan. Unlike GM, Chrysler is not offering this guarantee across the board. With Chrysler's program, there are some mileage stipulations and fees consumers will encounter just in case they decide to return their minivan. We're just wondering: Why isn't Chrysler offering this brand guarantee across their entire line up? This message alone could possibly be misconstrued, sending the wrong message to potential car buyers.
