33 Million Americans Failed Driver's Test: Can You Make the Grade?

If you had to retake the test to acquire your driver's licence, could you pass? Before you respond, keep in mind 33 million Americans, which accounts for 16 percent of U. S. licensed drivers, failed a test designed by GMAC. Like many of you, its been years since I've taken the test.
